This simple application has a few noteworthy features to manage clipboard items, but in a category rich with options, Clipboard Recorder doesn't really stand out. Clipboard Recorder's rudimentary interface displays a list of all captured items, with a preview window for a selected entry. The program supports pasting multiple items using your Control key, and has a quick search function to find items from the list. Unlike similar applications, you can't assign hot keys to clips for faster insertion, but it does have Alt Tab-like functionality for browsing through the list and pasting items.

By default, Clipboard Recorder copies only text. There's an option to include image clips, but you have to select it each time you run the program. It doesn't support common image formats like JPEG or PNG; this one copies only BMP files. The price seems a bit steep for such limited features, especially when there are some freeware clipboard extensions that can give Clipboard Recovery a run for the money.

Version 4.0.3 uses much less memory and disk space now, adds Drap/Drop to change the tab order.

Very nice simple program/app

Pros
I hate EVER having to retype ANYTHING. With this app my whole history of just about EVERYTHING I've ever copied or cut is stored for me to access anytime!
Cons
Can very rarely glitch and not copy, but a quick exit and then run again solves immediately!

Pros
Using this program is really easy with its forthright shortcuts like: Win+Arrows for floating list and Win+V for its pop-up to appear, which this latter can be customized too. It's floating list also has a drop-down button for the list to be really small when it is not needed at the time. I tried many others (at least 6 other famous ones) and have chosen this one. It is effective and efficient.
