Colligo Email Manager (64-Bit) is a solution to enterprise email management in SharePoint 2010. You can file email to SharePoint as easily as using Outlook. SharePoint document libraries and folders are represented as Outlook folders in the familiar Outlook folder tree, for a familiar "drag and drop" experience. It automatically captures up to 22 common email properties and adds these to SharePoint as metadata tags. It searches for email, documents, and folders in SharePoint from Outlook and sends links to documents in SharePoint rather than full attachments.
