  Summary

  I purchased this product so that I could convert home videos taken by iPhone into a format that could be burned to DVD. However, when I received my email confirmation and invoice, there was no registration code included (only the words "registration code:" followed by a blank space). As a result, I cannot enter the license information required to actually USE the product. I contacted the company three times at their email and customer service contacts, but it's been absolute radio silence. There is no telephone number provided. My credit card has been charged and the product paid for -- so now, I get to spend my time disputing the charge instead of using the product. My advice: DO NOT DO.
