• Great Product, Terrible Customer Service

  Pros

  I haven't be able to find another program out there that will dial selected text via your modem. This program does this well among other features that I am not using.

  Cons

  I replaced my hard drive and the files that I had saved from my original installation did not work. I asked for a new registration file, which did not work. Then, after charging me an additional $10, I was sent yet another registration file that worked. I and others have reported that he blames his customers for not following his directions correctly. Apparently, the developer is a very busy man and can't be bothered helping his paying customers without charging them more for the support.

  Summary

  I wish that someone would develop an application to compete with this guy. The program works well and the cost is very reasonable, but I prefer to support businesses that appreciate their customers and treat them respectfully. Check out Softpedia for more reviews.

  Excellent Software! Very easy and fast to set up and use. After installation & setup it's all just point and click. Awesome features with all the bells and whistles. Works with windows,firefox,excell, and more. Customer service response is very fast

  I've been marketing from home for over 10 years and this is hands down the best dialer I have ever used. The customer service is super fast. If you are looking for the best dialer that works with every type of program you are using then you want to download this software today.

• A lifesaver...works with no trouble...used for years

  Pros

  I don't make full use of its features as others may, but it's the only game around that allows me to select a phone number and dial it with a mouse button click. A real lifesaver for those who spend a lot of time on the phone.

  Cons

  I've had to reinstall the software two times now when I've had hardware failures on my system and I've needed to solicit the support/author for new license/key gen file but other than that (a minor inconvenience) it works no problem.

  Summary

  Again, there isn't another product that does what this does...I've looked and tried everything out there. It's quick, painless and just works.

• Program Stop Working ERROR when I first started it

  NONE - could not even get to the main screen

  Cons

  Error out immediately when I started it. Don't even try it if you are using Enterprise Vista.

  Summary

  I welcome help from the maker because it's been hard to find a program that will allow me to dial any number on any window by just doing a right click on it.

  Pros

  I especially like the copy and auto dial function. Works with everything I have installed running Windows 7 Ultimate so far. No more miss-dialing for me! Support in getting a new activation key for my new computer was fast and easy.

  Cons

  None for me so far.

  Pros

  Since the Windows program "dialer" is not suitable for quick dialing, the small but powerful program "Phone Dialer Pro" has been an indispensible help in my daily phone business for the last 10 years. In addition, J. Kozlowski, has always offered me prompt personal advice if needed.

  Pros

  Phone Dialer Pro (PDP) holds an incredible number of phone numbers. I've never had any trouble with PDP. Makes dialing #'s obsolete. Click on the name of the person you want to talk to and that's it. Great program!
