• "Reply-Subject" is fantastic function to track discuss!

  Pros

  Mail for a specifi topic usually grows to mail branches with time lapse, most content of those mails are overlaps and it's to track all of them. "Reply-Subject" func can sort those mails to concise Chat Note which is easy to be track and review : )

  Cons

  The display format of "Reply-Subject" is somehow blankness, which need to be improve.

  Pros

  Using Clearinbox I can file mails to different folder according to discussion subject with one button click !!, then I do not have to take care of them anymore, the new mail will be auto distributed later.

  Cons

  however I can't find the application in the Programs Menu to remove ClearInbox I need to go to Control Panel to uninstall the product. For user convenience, I think it's better to add uninstallation option in the Programs Menu.

  Summary

  Using Clearinbox I can file mails to different folder according to discussion subject with one button click !!, then I do not have to take care of them anymore, the new mail will be auto distributed later. Your inbox will not be disorder any more and will never be so clear and organized. Find out a mail become so easy and fast. Equally I can file one contacts( like my boss ;) )mail to a specific folder, the new mail from him will be auto distributed as well. I will never loss or miss his mail anymore. Another good feature that interests me with ClearInbox is the "Explore" board, with it I can find out an attachment extremlly fast. Before I have to waste quite long time looking for a attachment in thousands upon thousands mails ( I guess you have the same terrible experience as me ;) ). With "Explore" board, you can manage the attachment just like files in a standard windows folder ~~ The most important reason why I choose ClearInbox is, ClearInbox completely follow Outlook original view style, will not change your habit on Outlook at all. In another word you don't have to spend time on learning how to use it exclusively. Using ClearInbox, you don't feel like using a Add-in. It's more like a native part of Outlook.
