  Pros

Its easy to use and very powerful, with unique features I havent seen anywhere else.

  Cons

None, the product is so good there is no bad things about it.

  Summary

Its everything I ever need. The reports are easy to understand in graph form. I can instantly see where my business is. The mail merge is awsome, I was looking for months for a database to do what this does. It is so quick now and I can do a powerful filtered mail merge in minutes - even to what service they had! The invoicing is fantastic because it uses drop down menus and there is hardly any work to do. The appointments is great too, and overall I absolutely love the programme.
