  I should have read the reviews before I installed the software. Not only didn't it work well when it was installed, but I can't completely get this thing off of my computer. It tottally screwed everything up...

  Ever since I loaded the trial and didn't not buy, I get a flash screen from Child Protector on each reboot. How do I get this off my computer completley. There is nothing in the Uninstall Programs Menu for Child Protector?

  When trial ended I was asked for a registration key which was not provided at the time of download since there is no reg form to download this. A1tech has been horribly unresponsive and or helpful for 2 weeks now! They do not take phone calls and respond to email about every 72 hours!! I agree with the above reviewer. I am unable to fully unintall and continue to get error messages about missing components in the 10 seconds I get to view the screen before the software completely shuts down my computer!! Do not download this software!

  the product did not block my first test, 'porn' in google.com. it cannot uninstall itself fully, causing parts of the program, which still function, to send error messages to the user telling him to reinstall the missing files.

  First I thought it was a porn blocker. When I checked the key words, it also was blocking keywords like hitler. Why? My children are not supposed to know about Hitler's tyrranny? Two the list contained some derogatory terms for Japanese, Germans and Jews. Well, that's fine with me, but what about other nationalities? <p>Three. The program crashed every single time the OS loaded. What is the program's purpose if it's enough for the child to restart the computer to freely browse whatever they want? <p>Four: When I tried to uninstal it, resterted the system, surprise! All the program's files are gone but the program still starts when Windows starts (of course, crashes anyway) <p>Five: When I e-mailed the customer support, I received a very unprofessional response, saying in one sentence "You can manually go into your "C" drive locate all and any files and remove." No help with locations of the files, their names (of course, they are not all named "allporngone", duh!), no registry information. No help whatsoever. <p>So, in short: beware before you download and install this program. Know what you getting yourself into.

  Very Fast and accurate, features like screen capturing, url logging are great. Banned website list is good and also the banned keyword list.
