The Chef's Dream is an application that was designed for home use with professional tools. It has meal planning, conversion tools, recipe scaling, and a shopping list creator among a few other useful tools. This is a self contained culinary toolkit. There are some aspects that require the internet, like the activation page among other things. The tools however, can be used without the internet. You can even e-mail yourself the ingredients to your recipes as well as bookmarking favorite recipes.
