The Chef's Dream is an application that was designed for home use with professional tools. It has meal planning, conversion tools, recipe scaling, and a shopping list creator among a few other useful tools. This is a self contained culinary toolkit. There are some aspects that require the internet, like the activation page among other things. The tools however, can be used without the internet. You can even e-mail yourself the ingredients to your recipes as well as bookmarking favorite recipes.

This application has everything I need and easy to use.

Pros
Powerful features, good flow, covers all the bases of my culinary needs. I have a restaurant and without this program we were struggling to manage the catering jobs. Now they are a snap. I highly recommend this application for the professional level and for individuals in their kitchen. Great application! Thanks PCS! I especially love the email abilities.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about this application. It performs exactly as I expect it to every time.
Summary
Love this application. Not sure how we managed without an application like this for so long. $39 is a bargain price for what you can do with this program!
