Forces You To Jump When There's The Opportunity

- * The free version is better than nothing (better to play a limited-feature checkers game than nothing). * You can determine how long the computer has to make its move (from 6 seconds to infinity), without forcing you to make your move during the same time limit --except when the software forces you to jump and it does it for you, automatically-- * The interface is OK (not a flashy cool board, but not so shabby either) * You can choose either playing against the computer or playing by yourself, in turns (this option can be used for two people to play, using the same computer).
- Cons
- The free version forces you to jump when there's the opportunity, even if it means suicide. The software automatically does the jumping for you, whether you like it or not. I really don't know if the paid upgrade does the same thing or not.

- If it didn't have this annoying forced-jumping feature, I would have rated it 5 stars.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 27, 2013<p/>MY REAL RATING IS ONE, NOT THREE, since It's impossible to play this game, it does several automated movements one don't even notice. It does like 2-3 different, apparently jumping movements in one turn, and you always end up with less pieces than the opponent, seemingly for no reason.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 29, 2013<p/>OK, I found out what are those strange jumping and taking movements the software does. What happens is, THIS GAME DOES NOT ABIDE THE AMERICAN CHECKERS RULES, in that this software JUMPS AND TAKES WITH THE PAWNS, MOVING BACKWARDS, which is very confusing and weird. And as I stated before, ID DOES THE JUMPING AND TAKING AUTOMATICALLY,VERY FAST so one ends up not even realizing what just happened. IF YOU WANT A COOL CHECKERS GAME THAT WORKS FINE, I RECOMMEND THE MAGICWAND CHECKERS 1.3, AVAILABLE ON HERE. IT'S WAAAY BETTER THAN THIS ONE, IT IS FREE AS WELL, AND WORKS PERFECTLY ON WINDOWS 7!!!
