Used Check&Get for Windows?
Editors’ Review
Check&Get performed well, but the cluttered interface of this bookmark-management tool will definitely be a turn-off for most users.
Once we opened the browser, we were immediately struck by an overabundance of buttons, toolbars, and search fields. The Options windows bombarded us with all sorts of settings and the Help menu featured on the publishers Web site was just as cluttered. We had a hard time trying to figure out how to bookmark Web pages. Eventually we figured out how to create a hot-key combo to bookmark a page, but you can't bookmark directly from the page you are viewing; rather, you have to manually enter the URL. Even so, we were able to import and export bookmarks extremely fast. The program effortlessly scanned each of our bookmarks to check for dead links and new content, and the search function was effective and fast.
If you can get past the cluttered interface and the 30-day trial limitation, this is a great tool for managing and viewing your bookmarks.
