  Allows more than one area (though didn't try it).

  Cons

  Way too many ads. Forcast temps were way off compared to weather.com and Windows 7 Gadget. Used way too much memory, even for just one location. Can't zoom out on radar past local area. Support almost non existant.

  Gives me a better picture of the weather around my area than I get from the TV stations.

  I will recommend WeatherEye to my family and friends. It's good to have on hand.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 6, 2012<p/>Now, for some reason the program quit working for me and I don't know why. I finally got frustrated, uninstalled the WeatherEye program, and reinstalled it the next day (three days ago), and it's been working fine ever since. Don't know what happened the first time; I don't normally have that kind of problem.

  Too much advertising around the initial screen.

  A very good app. for keeping your eye on your local weather or even someone else's weather. Multiple cities are available to see.

  Quck glance at icon gives temperature. Good variety of display options. Easy to use.

  Cons

  Weather is not localized enough, the weather reports I receive for my area are from a town an hour away from me. The weather there is not reflective of what I am getting here.

  Free, accurate weather, easy to use &#38; good for my area as I can get weather from the main land &#38; Vancouver Island on my task bar for more accurate weather.

  Large ads.but its free

  Summary

  Tried many of the free desktop weather applications this is the best one so far. Uses little resources, relays current data and displays the temperature in my sys tray. Additional information is just a click of the icon away.
