  Initially appears difficult to learn to use. It's actually not.

  Summary

  I previously commented I disliked what I thought to be the complexity of this add-in. I stand corrected. Although it took a bit of time to learn how to use it, I find it a valuable time saver and productivity enhancer. It initially seems a bit complex compared to similar products, but only because it offers so many more features, making it far more flexible. After a very brief learning period, it proved to be quite intuitive. It's also very stable and well-written.

  Hierarchy menu adds "Tags" functionality for Outlook Advanced search for individual and group tags Important and cheap step to GTD Simply do, what it says 8)

  Wish that Microsoft bought this guy and implement it into Outlook main functionality 8)

• Feature laden; no trial of different versions

  Lot's of "keen" stuff for little money, if you like that sort of thing.

  All that "keen" stuff interferes with understandability, functionality, and utility.

  Summary

  1) Swiss-army-knife like collection of features is cumbersome and confusing, like asking the time and receiving instructions for building a watch. 2) There are four versions available, but no way to trial the different versions. You can only trial the way-more-than-I-want full version, or the free version. After trying the full version I installed the free version because I was getting a headache trying to imagine what features are disabled in the three lesser versions. The free version includes so little it renders the utility little more than screen clutter. Perhaps if the publisher would merely revise the help file to make it more user accessible it would change my mind. I simply had no patience for needing to learn remedial neurosurgery in order to manage my Outlook categories.

  Added layers of functionality, much of which can also be accomplished by using the hotkeys in Outlook 2007

  Pros

  1) Make it possible to group categories into Projects or any other hierarchy menus! 2) It Is wisely integrated into Outlook menus and available through all emails, tasks and calendars 3) Enhance search and filter functional in Outlook

  Cons

  Nothing special. It is simply effective. Wished for it for several years! Hope that Microsoft bought and integrate it into package itself. Completely! ,)

  Summary

  For me it was weird to have such a limit in Outlook! Now, I'm twice as happy with Outlook ?)
