eStationery Select is Microsoft Outlook 'COM add-in' software that wraps outbound e-mail with a pre-designed template that references images and content from your corporate Web site. Enhanced functionality, including template selection, preview and send option selection is accessed through an easy-to-use interface displayed at send time. eStationery Select allows you 'at a click' to brand and sign your e-mail. Branding means that recipients see visually appealing clickable Web content in the e-mail message. It is your 'electronic letterhead'. eStationery replaces the 'personal stationery' and 'personal signature' features of Outlook with centralized 'enterprise stationery' and 'enterprise signatures'. The enterprise standardizes the way its e-mail looks and behaves. eStationery reduces bandwidth and training costs. Everyone's e-mail reinforces brand recognition and builds Web traffic. It can even access your CRM databases.
