Cashbox is a relatively simple application for Mac OS X that manages finances. It allows the user to manage multiple accounts with many convenient features. Cashbox is currently under active development and many features will be added in the future.

It's free, support my own currency, easy to use, and very fast load.
It stay in my dock.
Input For Developer:
- Is it possible to make bigger/customizeable font size? It's really small on 19" monitor.
- Is it possible to print horisontally?
Thanks

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Cashbox is a useful tool at a great price and without all that Quicken overkill. It is a very stable product (has never crashed or frozen up on me like so much freeware fare) and the GUI is intuitive so one can start using it immediately. The developer is also very responsive to feedback.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Very ambitious little app. I like it, especially the price. However, something's amiss. Two thigs, to be precise. One, As soon as there is a date AND the focus is out of that database entry - main window should re-draw and re-sort. Going for the old sort/sort buttoning on the column is a bit too much for any logic, free or not (especially since new entries do get sorted during insertion). Two, for the love of me, I don't understand why can't I just tab through all of the available fields in the inspector?! Come on, if I can't trust myself to do it right...8^)) After all this, to mention, application is lovely and simple. I feel I could fall in love with it for that.
Very Good Start

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I had been trying out iBank when I ran across this program... this is exactly what I had been searching for. It's got it's interface glitches here and there, but overall it is very stable for my use now. I've already added my three accounts to it! I love this program so much all ready I would pay for it if the author charged! Keep up the good work!

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
If you access your checking, savings, or other accounts online, you're probably sitting at your computer while you do it. (Unless you're sitting at someone else's computer.) You could write transactions down in pen on your paper ledger. But keeping everything balanced is a lot easier with this program.
