General Ledger Template for Excel is an Excel template to record any company expenses based on its Chart of Accounts. There are several general ledger formats people can use to record them. The template that you download here will be based on general format where people can set one account per worksheet and write their income/expenses as well as their debit/credit amount in particular worksheet. This template is part of Integrated Accounting System for Trading/Retail Business where general ledger is calculated automatically based on data put in Accounting Journals. Since this is a stand alone spreadsheet, you may need to type the data direct into its respective account.
