Call Accounting Mate includes more than 30 built-in reports, support for accounts codes and pin codes, multiple operator support, contacts database to quickly identify business and personal calls, client billing, flexible cost calculation, support for both incoming and outgoing calls, built-in query builder, support for most telephone and PBX systems and many other advanced features. It uses an embedded SQL server and includes a custom-built web server, which means you don't need anything else except the installation file. Third party applications can access priced call detail records through an XML interface. Call Accounting Mate is designed to work in any country around the world. I have tried many competitor products. This one installs quickly, works fast, has a decent set of report options and sends my reports to email and at a fraction of the cost of other systems.

After my previous call accounting vendor, i love you guys. I would recommend call accounting mate to anyone who needs telephone costing. It is fast to install and easy to use.

This software is great and technical support is even better. My switch was not listed in their software database and when i sent them the output from my AT&T switch they got back to me with the driver within 2 hours. And for free! The system is fast and works great and has some really need features. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs call billing.

Summary
This product does exactly what it claims to do. I have a Panasonic 336 with 90 users and with the software I am able to see whats going on. By far the best features are that its web based so the finance dept can keep a tab on the costs as they are incurred, the reports were well thought of and easy and fast to generate. Graph at the end of each report is a nice touch to the software. Best of all, the native format for reports are either pdf or excel format so we can 'massage' the data. Well done.
