Pointless Download

Pros
Can't tell you because I couldn't modify anything.
Cons
Everytime I tried to do something the following message appeared: "It is not possible to add loans or modify balances and interest rates in the trial version of Mortgage Watchdog Pro" Not much point in downloading to try.
Summary
I couldn't do anything unless I purchased and the point of downloading the product was for me to see if it suited my needs. I was unable to ascertain this and was left feeling annoyed that I'd wasted time downloading something that is useless.
