Business Analyst for Windows

Business Analyst is a flowcharting tool with a difference. It allows users to visually describe business processes, and then attach resource usage, costs, time delays to each part. Business Analyst will then run a time based simulation, and show results, such as resource usage, cost breakdown, time delays and overall process times. Results can be shown as charts, or exported to spreadsheets. All process diagrams and results can be directly output to PDF format. Business Analyst can generate over 15 charts and tables, and can do 'what if' analysis, such as what happens when the number of processes increases. It includes comprehensive help, tutorials, and examples.
