Money 98 Fix for Errors Running Money with Third-Party Programs (Mspfctlx.exe) for Windows

Some third-party software can interfere with the installation of any program, including Microsoft(R) Money. Also, when running Money, some error detection programs, such as CyberMedia First Aid, Norton Crash Guard, PC Medic, or Quarterdeck WINProbe95 Crashshield, may conflict with the way Money calls the operating system.
