Detect and correct errors that occur when running MS Money.

Some third-party software can interfere with the installation of any program, including Microsoft(R) Money. Also, when running Money, some error detection programs, such as CyberMedia First Aid, Norton Crash Guard, PC Medic, or Quarterdeck WINProbe95 Crashshield, may conflict with the way Money calls the operating system. This download corrects these problems with a later version of the Mspfctlx.dll file that Money uses. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
