Feature rich "Swiss-knife" tool for Balanced Scorecard

Various features from strategy maps and KPIs to analysis and reporting
Cons
Have not noticed anything. One issues that appeared to be because of my configuration of PC was solved in a fast manner by support.
Summary
Must have tool in the toolbox of any business owner
Product looked ok but encountered a fatal error.

Product encountered an error when I wanted to export my scorecard to Excel, which basically renders it useless since I have no way of exporting my information out of it.
Summary
Would be good if all processed worked, but they obviously don't. Needs more time with the software engineers to fix bugs.
