Could never get to install or run.
Summary
Had to switch to something else. Found SS-CMMS (.com) which is a fantastic, 100% free CMMS fully loaded and no ads. Use on as many computers as you want.

Pros
Good if you have 2-3 computers. Anymore, forget about it. Nothing built in access was ever anygood.
Cons
No Auto discovery Tool, It was built in Access, Advertisements on open, It was Built in Access, Screens open and close by themselves, It Was Built in Access, Manual entry of everything, and oh yeah,.... did I mention it was built in access.
Summary
Do not download!!!!!! It's a waste of time unless your an old school Access Freak who loves to type in their database entries only to see them lost and have to type them in all over again.
