Provide a "last resort" uninstaller for Windows Vista and up.

Blanco is basically an uninstaller that was born out of frustration. To make a long story short, I had an HDD where I installed all of my programs (a separate drive than the OS itself). This drive had died. There were a lot of programs that just would not uninstall using the fancy "Add or Remove Programs" utility that Windows has. In some cases where the application in question was successfully uninstalled, it could not be reinstalled. Visual Studio for example, kept telling me "Invalid Drive" whenever I attempted to reinstall it.

Pros
The program is very fast and lightweight, and does not leave any clutter behind once you are done with it. Given the simplicity, it does exactly as it advertises without presenting any issues.

Nothing wrong to report.
Summary
This is exactly how niche software should be; simple and to the point. Open the program, click what you want to uninstall, then uninstall and close it. I would recommend this to anybody looking for an effective way to get rid of software on their PC without having to jump through holes.
