Developer’s Description

Encode MP3 files from the command line.
BladeEnc is a 32-bit Windows console application that encodes MP3 files from WAV or AIFF files. Although BladeEnc supports command-line parameters, standard 128-kbps stereo MP3 files can also be generated via simple drag-and-drop. If the command line is not your style, a user-friendly BladEnc front end, BladeEnc Helper, is also available. View the included bladeenc.html file for operation instructions.

Version .94 fixes bugs and adds enhancements to the interface.
