BinViewer is a Windows application which allows viewing binary files. It has hexadecimal and text windows to display binary file content and a separate window which displays values of the standard types. BinViewer provides fast 64-bit navigation, binary and text searches. It has a convenient tabbed design and can open simultaneously many extremely large files, requiring very little memory for that. Version 2.0.4.20 is a bug fixing release.

Shows file contents, in ASCII and HEX form, like many other programs did since DOS times

Offsets of lines are changed as you scroll through the file! You spend 2 min to find your byte at 0xF000, scroll file a bit... and lines start at some 0xF007 - you need to see it to believe how frustrating it may be
