Show an icon when the Windows Recycle Bin is full and customize the appearance of the Recycle Bin.
From the developer: ""Bin Extender is an extension of the Recycle Bin in Windows. Too often we forget that the Recycle Bin stores all of our deleted files, taking up valuable hard drive space. Bin Extender alerts you when your Recycle Bin is getting 'very full' by displaying an icon in the System tray, as well as a special 'Very Full' Recycle Bin icon on your desktop.
