BiblioExpress is a simple reference manager for researchers. It is the freeware edition of our flagship product, Biblioscape. BiblioExpress can be used to collect literature references of different types, explore bibliographic resources on the Internet, and view bibliographic data. It can format records in several popular styles, including ACS, APA, and MLA. BiblioExpress is designed to be small and efficient: you can run BiblioExpress from a floppy disk.
we will see, Im downloading it now, after a review of several pages,,, comments later
Cons
TO COMPARE with my review visit the following pages ------------------------- scholars aid: eis.bris.ac.uk/~ccmjs/scholar.htm----------------------------------------------- endnote, biblioscape: eis.bris.ac.uk/~ccmjs/endnote.htm ------------------------------------------- others (recommended): burioni.it/forum/ors-bfs/text/6e12400-2.html

Will not import from Pubmed

Pros
It's free
Cons
The product description should have indicated that this Express version is unable to download references automatically from the internet. One has to type everything manually. I lost an hour trying to find how to import from PubMed. Maybe it is ok for undergraduates. Waste of time for me.

perfect ... or is it?

Pros
it does exactly what this sociology undergrad needs for referencing. more categories than I'd imagine, but they are all customisable. seems simpler than access and post it notes all over the place
<p>Offers more than it implies at first glance. easy to delete should you change your mind.
Cons
it was tricky to set up, I have already 'lost' my file. (im not totally dull) despite saying its free ware it tells that i have only 30 uses or 30 days to use the prog, not sure why, maybe it will ask for a donation, dont want to lose files so have done print screens just in case.

Great for my undergrad thesis work. Not overly complicated with easy use. Searches easily, and best of all, free.
Great Program

Summary
This program is easy to use. You not only can list the resources in a bibliography format, but can also copy and past the entire journal article and abstract so you have it right there when you search. I don't know what more anyone can ask for in a free product.
If itwas only a little bit more social and humamistic-friendly...

BiblioExpress is simply the best. I have used it for over 6 months for many science and term papers, where, and I quote my teacher, "Only the amount of sources counts, not the amount of facts." This program has eased much of the pain in creating long bibliographies.
Excellent for those who know what its for
