Because they start at about the same time, it creates a real mess and puts your CPU and hard drive under stress. Because the hard drive cannot handle all requests at the same time, all startup programs are delayed until the disk can serve all requests. To make the problem more serious, some less important programs are loaded BEFORE important programs and the user can do nothing about it because Microsoft provides no real solution to this. Better StartUp helps you to define not only in which order your programs should load at Windows' start up but also you can set a delay for each program. This way you can start the programs sequentially to avoid had drive bottlenecks.

Summary
Not only does this not install (or run), but, you get a error message that says "cannot find CALL AND BUY dll file" - this suggests it may be a spam program. Stay Away!

you can not restore your original start-up list to the earlier default condition, even if you delete this software ! & the restore backup feature DO NOT work !
Summary
this is a portable software so there's no uninstallation feature, it's said if you no longer need it just delete it, but after i start this program, i realised something funny, there's a backup option, but i don't know why the restore button still grey so i can not click it, so i decide not to stop using it and delete the whole program (remember no uninstal), but after i restart my system, the only one left in my start-up list is the antivirus app, the other program was lost ! JUST DO NOT USE THIS ........ OR NOT EVEN DOWNLOAD THIS ONE (for your own system safety)
