None as this time.
Cons
Got errors when trying to download data.
Summary
This is an older program and does not claim to work on Win7 but I thought I would try it anyway. If/when it is updated I might like to try it again. Also, the downloading errors may have been a result of changes that Yahoo periodically makes to their file format.

Easy to setup and use, update multiple folders with one click and no conversion necessary for use with metastock.
Cons
Slow update of files, max 250 files per folder.
Summary
For the price, beats any other data provider out there.
