• Program stopped working and there is no support.

  Pros

  Software is great. It does all we need in our business, When it works.

  Cons

  There is no support as is advertised. Emails have not been answered in weeks and calling the number found with a whois econsoft search and leaving a message, is also ignored.

  Summary

  We paid for a product that is now useless and there is no support. Buy this software at the risk of being hung out to dry.

  Pros

  I'm the Police Chief for a small municipality on the east coast. I have been using this software for approximately 2 years without a glitch. I have the program installed on a desktop computer in the office. When payroll is due I print out the sheets and I'm done, the type of hours that were used (vacation, sick-time, holiday, or break ( I use for comp. time))are already figured. I really like the fact that I can seperate how many hours were for work, training, and investigations. Small towns dont have alot of money so the price was right too!!

  The only improvements would be a comp. time button for type of time used and offer a schedule module as an add-on.

  Not seriously useable for cooperate users. For installation on network, it asks you to share the program directory on your server!! The clients must execute the program via the shared network directory. <p> <p>After running the "client" and trying to enter a employe, the program just quit with a run-time error.

  Pros

  Very easy to use! I love being able to view the time spent per project/per employee in the detail view! It's exactly what I'm looking for in tracking billable hours! Thank you, thank you! You read my mind!
