  For most situations this would probably work

  The "scheme" (which describes what to change for renaming) is difficult to use, and not very flexible. <p>There is relly no documentation on this. <p>If you are creating a scheme, and add something to do, <p>you cannot delete it. It does not look like you can <p>perform items in a specific order. <p>To be more flexible, the software needs the ability to copy a certain part of a name (n char to n char, or following substring) and insert it into the new file name in a specific place. <p> <p>For example, if you had a file (using 1 for example only) lists_detail.php_s=6&c=mma007 I should be able <p>to take the "6" and the "mmm007" and rename it to <p>something like: <p>Set_6 _Card_mmm07.php <p> <p>Use the regular expression wizard in agentransack as an example.

• Painlessly renamed thousands of image files

  This program easily and painlessly helped me to rename 1000s of photo files that I needed to prepare for our website. Our new e-commerce software requires that the "medium" and "large" photos for each product have a specific suffix. With this program, I was able to easily locate all of the files with an incorrect suffix and change them all with just a few mouse clicks. The price was easily worth the several hours it saved me if I had to search and modify the file names manually. The program also provides a preview so you can verify the changes before they are made.

  One of the best features is the ability to select the files you want from windows explorer and then right click and send them to the BFR interface to be renamed.

  Can't get a copy of the product, can't get a refund. This is a first class scam that managed to get a review from Download.com.
