Pros
Very easy to back up and verify the file backed up correctly
Cons
Restore function didn't work. Said file was corrupt. Tried again and program didn't run. Uninstalled and reinstalled, Same results. Support is emailed based out of ?Germany. Not very helpful. Lost all my emails.
Summary
CNET recommended this product. I would find on based in USA (if you live there) that has actual support
Well worth the money in saved time & frustration.

Pros
Pretty flawless, ease of use, works!
Cons
Have to re enter passwords for mail accounts, I suppose this is a security issue, otherwise none so far!
Summary
Wish I had found this earlier! Made migrating 6 email accounts, numerous files and settings easy as pie.
