Exactly nothing and to do just that it is 10 MB in size! INCREDIBLE!!!

Nothing!!! It does not work! It is just an advertisement for some other software!
Cons
Extracted software as instructed. Clicked icon to start and up pops an Ad. That was ok by me, but then I tried the register software to remove the Ads screen, a popup said in part : "If you have paid the 'Internet KidsFilterX Software' licens fee... please enter... here...". I pressed "Cancel" (I do not want KidsFilterX). I then press "OK" to get into the program and I just get a Runtime Error 13 Type Mismatch. I could really have used a program like this... What a shame!!!
