Audio Catalog is a music manager, music tagger, renamer, cataloguer, browser and report creator. It can catalogue and edit the most common music formats (MP3, Ogg, WMA, iTunes M4A, FLAC, APE, MPC and other - total 14 formats). Catalogue your entire music music collection with a few clicks. Add or correct missing or incorrect meta-data using the many tools available for tagging your files.

Audio Catalog makes it easy to find your favorite music by searching for criteria such as Artist, Title, Genre, Rating etc. You can play music using internal player or manage WinAmp or Windows Media Player directly from the Audio Catalog, create reports of your music collection as Excel, HTML or XML files, so that you can show it to others. If you're using third-party devices or players, Audio Catalog can export playlists to M3U or WPL files.

A nice tagging, Has many different tools to organize music, Can export catalog to XLS Excel, HTML, CSV, A lot of ways to play the music, Pretty much everything you need!

No Danish translation...

Pros
Encredibly many functions. Great for tagging and organizing your entire music collection. E.g you can tag songs from the filename in a few costumisable steps, and move the files into folders with artist, track and title in any way you want. The interface is good and I really like the possibility to customize it introduced in one of the newer versions.

I have been using this program for 3 years now and it is by far the best I have evaluated or used. This is a very well designed and thought-through program and I highly recommend it.

Pros
This program helps a lot when having lots of mp3 files scattered all over your hard discs and on CD-R's. I have very good control of my music.
Cons
I need to use Digital Audio Converter to convert music. But this is not essential.

I wouldnt use this program to play songs so why would I use its catalog, surely catlogging would be part of loading into Winamp, iTunes ectera. The tag editing and duplicates finder are very basic

Pros
After trying a few other programs I found this on the 'net and loved it! Had a week as a trial download and then purchased the product I was so impressed. The program is quick, has very nice interface and looks like a lot of options. Is exactly what I was looking for to catalog my music collection.
