  With a bit of reading through the Help file, it's possible to choose either of several styles of "leveling" to achieve what you want. With that little bit of reading, the application works like a charm.

  Cons

  It is not clear that it is necessary to read definitions and functions before leaping into actually changing files forever.

  Stop and read, then use and be delighted with the results!

  When i tried downloading it from the link above, mozilla was telling me it was trying to save itself as a notepad file! Next, when i tried to go to the publishers website of this program, it came up as one of those hoax search engines that leads you to nowhere or even worse into sites with malicious or infected software. So until C-net fixes the bugs on this one, DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

  You can not register this product, as www{dot}mp3br{dot}com no longer exists. So, if you can do everything that you need to do within 30 days, this program is for you. After that, you are SOL.

  This has to be the worst normalizer i have ever used. It does mess up your system restore on windows XP you cant set it to a eariler date. Also i have the latest version of windows media player and MP3 Normalizer says i need to update WMP. It does a worthless job. i contacted MP3BR computing and they told me they cant guarantee this program will work on all versions of windows how its suppose to and you use it at your own risk. Shouldnt all programs be tested on all versions of windows before it is released for public use?? Do not bother downloading this trash. Has alot of bugs that needs to be fixed.
