Ariadne Organizer operates on discrete items - topics and notes and allow text to be organized in a tree structure or hierarchy. Program knows how to bring structure into topics so it's easy to see how ideas connect to each other. It's possible to create basic structures with Roman numerals followed by capital letters followed by Arabic numerals. There is no right or wrong way to make an outline. You can do a combination of short phrases with long sentences, or stick with one or the other. The items can be combined into categories and tagged, prioritized, marked, hoisted (or elevated in outline), grouped, colorized, bunched, merged, divided, separated into different databases, synchronized to the Cloud storage or edited offline, shared and kept private. And when we talk about item it's note, topic, image, album (or collection of images), sentence (or big note in outline), bookmark and many other things.
