• Worked fine at first but no longer starts up with PC

  Pros

  In addition to keeping track of heat, it shows power consumption of the CPU. Would be perfect if it started with my computer and didn't have that "select the number" front page - Or if I could remember to start it myself, but I can't so it's worthless for me.

  Cons

  Poor use of how they implement the data. If you want all the information, you need to see three separate pages.

  Summary

  Installed it to keep track of how hot my R9 290 is getting while gaming. Needs to be on to do that. I could start it manually every time, but I could also glue a rectal thermometer to it and see how that goes.

  Easy to use, very intuitive. Great top bar toolbar.

  Cons

  Slows down the use of other apps at the same time. My email client was running slow and I had to stop the argus meter in order to have my email client go fast again.

  1. No documentation? 2. Installer completes without launching program (located in Programs/Binary Toys/Argus/) 3. Very nice XP style interface 4. First impression is good but time will tell. 5. Demo seems to be limited in that you can't change any of the default settings? (other than window position) 6. I wish is showed drive activity (no plus in for that yet I guess, I installed the demo of SoftLeds for this functionality)

  This program is great. It show me RAM, my inbound traffic and outbound traffic, and good CPU graph. Download this product, much better than freemeter.
