Comes with 2 text fields (sorted by first one), a date, time, checkbox, pulldown, radio-button fields, 2 numeric fields, plus image and beam support. Free utility to import/export data to/from your PC. 1.1 adds clear all fields button and a desktop report program, free utility to create and print reports in Windows.
