I use this program on my EeePC to move around windows that won't fit on the screen. It seems to be the smallest program of the sort that will do this. It is also one EXE file, no installation required. It also offers other functionality like CTRL+drag to re size windows that don't want to be re sized, and you can change the transparency of windows if you want. It has other functions and you can add in other functions if you want. The VM Size allocated is about a meg of memory.
This little is awesome! No more tiny system dialogs showing 6 items at a time.
