  I've updated the software to the current version and am still getting a runtime error when I run Raw Recovery. I still haven't received a response to my email.

  I keep getting a runtime error when I attempt to use the Raw Recovery feature. I emailed support, but haven't received a response. I gave it 2 stars because other features of the program work.

  This program comes with a free trojan generator as defined by Avast home antivirus. Not only that but it won't recover anything unless you pay the person who bundled the trojan gen. with a non-recovering data recovery tool. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
