• Horrible customer service, new version worse than old

  The old version was good enough

  Cons

  - No support. Emails go unresponded. - The new version installs without a warning that it is a "trial version." - The new version for the hefty price of $50 offers little to no improvement over the old version. - The new version's tray icon's color does not - The trial version doesn't have a count down. One day, it will just show down on you. Do you have customers to bill? Too bad.

  Summary

  I used the old version of timer for several years without a hitch. Every now and then, there were some nuisances which I wrote to support about. One day out of the blue, a prompt showed up to install a new version which I did. In no certain terms was there a warning that it was a trial version (although I was a licensed user) with a countdown. After 30 days, the software shut down on me, giving me no access to the data I needed to bill my clients. I issued a distress call. Wrote several emails for help with recovering my data. NO RESPONSE. NADA. Even though the gravity of my situation was communicated to support. The new version for the hefty price of $50, has little to no improvement over the old version. In fact, the tray icon color does not change when it is running which is a show stopper.

  Pros

  That's what I like is in full control. Once I decide what I'm doing now. And if I forgot to turn time tracking on, programm via tray hint will not forget to remind me about this.

  Cons

  The program does not count the money. But I was not hard to multiply the hourly rate and time.

  Pros

  The Time Tracker had a nice interface and it tracked nicley at first.

  Cons

  Ultimately, after two days of use, my computer would not load Windows XP Pro. After rolling back to an earlier point, my computer worked just fine, but I would NOT recommend this software.
