• Please fix description ISO is not an option.

  Pros

  Tried Parted Magic, and Drive Image XML, but All Image came through. It was freaking easy, I didn't have to jump through hoops. There's a CD/DVD ISO creator, icing on the cake. There's a 14 trial if you don't copy hard drives but once in a blue moon.

  Only a 14 day trial, but it's worth paying for. ;) (I'm planning on it anyway)

  Summary

  Hidden partition my ace! My old hard drive is transferring stuff in my laptop at about 3MB per second (should be 20-30 MB), so it's probably on it's last legs and I bought a new one. Of course "smell" (only with a d) has their "hidden" little bs FAT16 partition on the front followed by the main NTFS partition, then the "hidden" FAT32 recovery partition after the main one. Parted Magic and Drive Image XML threw errors when they ran into that FAT16 partition (that has the Master Boot Record on it, I'd already tried to boot with just the main partition- didn't work). I could have just put on the main partition and remade the MBR, I suppose, and possibly had it boot. But why do summersaults for a smell? BAM, one fell swoop All Image copied all the partitions on the new hard drive with no problems and the laptop booted up faster than ever. Would Acronis have done it? I doubt it, but you can pay double the price and fail with that one before you succeed with this one (if you really want to). Good deal at the price because it's not too expensive AND it actually works.

  Pros

  Windows based system to duplicate Linux EXT2/3 FS. This worked wonderfully. This is way better than making a LINUX partition.

  Cons

  Serves ALL of my purposes! All I needed was a copy to image and from image type program. The rest of the program is like a collection of bells and whistles to me, and like like bells and whistles!

  Pros

  I was looking for a way to make an image of Linux bootable USB flash drives. Until now, I had only found ONE piece of software that could do it and that had to boot from DOS. All Image did the job in 1/3 of the time that the DOS based app did!<p>Think I'm exaggerating? You find a Windows based solution that will back up USB drives with FAT32, Ext2 and Linus swap partitions. (Nope - Acronis won't do it.)<p>Great software!

  Pros

  All Image is the first to work with raw image of game that has been denied by most of the popular ISO image makers. copies Cossacks so you can save your disk.
