  Seems to scan drives effectively. Unable to determine if the recovery works (see below).

  The demo version will allow you to scan a drive but NOT recover any deleted files unless you pay for the software

  Summary

  Annoying that a demo version wouldn't allow you to test the software effectively. You could share via social media to get enough 'likes' to be able to ask them for a free version. However if the software sucks all you have done is recommended a poor product to many people.

  Pros

  none. Before even I could launch the program, I was assailed by pop up ads of all sorts. Had to uninstall and clean out my pc.

  Thanks to Data doctor recovery software for pen drive.... i came back from my office and my son was playing with my pen drive and memory card, i was just in hell for a moment i downloaded pen drive recovery software and memory card data recovery software of Data doctor's and i got my important data back..   Note how most positive reviews were all written around the same time...I guess the programmer has a few email accounts and likes to write his own reviews.

  Cons

  The program claims to recover files from "undetectable USB pen drive" and "all types of flash drives" - it does not.

  Summary

  In my case, XP Pro detects my USB key, then states "USB Device Not Recognized" (same across multiple computers). This program does not let me past the first screen, let alone give me a chance to actually detect my USB key. The program may work in other areas in which it's properly programmed for, but since it does not do the one thing I needed it to do that it claims it does, this program is of no use to me, and it's benefit to others, especially at a cost of $45, is highly questionable. Feel free to try the program - if I read this review, I likely would've tried it regardless, just in case...I'd still be hopeful. Just don't get your hopes too high.
