Album Builder is a program that lets you create composite pages of images and related text for inclusion in a photo album. Individual JPEG images acquired with a digital camera or scanner can be positioned, cropped, and sized with flexibility. Captions in a variety of fonts and colors also can be added. The demo version prints and exports files with obliterating text that makes the files unusable.

Summary
you can't setup a page size so there is no way of telling if the page is 8-1/2 by 11 or something else. You need a separate photo viewer like thumbs plus to see the photos you are inserting. Takes forever to print.
