- Interface really poor. By default your DVD drive is selected by the software. If you click on Copy icon, it crashes (Runtime error 0). If you try again, this time selecting the drive and the file, after confirming source and target,it closes itself

- tried to copy a bad cd using bad cd repair, didn't work and slow (hours), never seemed to finished. when i used this on the same bad cd, took only less than 10 mins to copy what i wanted, with good quality too..

- Tried it a few times, went to forums, redownloaded, etc. It just popped up like it was going to start, then closed. Other people having the same problems, so don't waste your time downloading this until they fix the problem.
