Used Agenda At Once for Windows?
Editors’ Review
Agenda At Once will keep you on top of all of your appointments, but make sure you pencil in enough time to learn how to navigate the busy user interface.
Regardless of your skill level, this program's user interface is sure to overwhelm you. Toolbar upon toolbar is stacked on top of each other, and unintuitive buttons required us to hover our mouse over each one to learn its function. We were glad to find that the View menu does let you customize the user interface by adding and removing toolbars, but even this requires some investigation before you can decide what you need. Adding new tasks introduced another busy window, but we were able to enter a task description, along with its duration, priority, status, and any related notes associated with it. As soon as we entered the appropriate information, our entry appeared on the calendar, and a reminder popped up to notify us of the task. The Options menu lets you configure autodelete settings, and create shortcuts. You can also apply password protection, but we received an error when we tried to create a new password.
A Help file is available, but the program offers only a short 15-day trial period, which might not be enough time for novice users to get acquainted with its numerous features. However, if busy interfaces don't faze you, this program's reliable performance makes it worth checking out.
