The purpose of the Adventure Works Cycles database is to demonstrate best practices for designing an integrated enterprise-class schema, and provide a sample database for that schema. This edition is designed to be used with Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
The Adventure Works Cycles Storefront 2000 sample application (distributed separately) is designed to use and requires this database. For installation instructions, review the readme.htm file in the directory you installed the database. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
