Recovered my files, even those that other programs did not see. The preview feature was great. In fact, I was convinced to purchase a license after seeing previews for my most important documents and photos.

Nothing positive about this software. SImply it does not recover any files for you!

You contact their customer support, you get run-around responses intended to discourage you.
Summary
This outfit is a classic scamming organization. DO NOT bother to try their software. Did not work. Nothing but crooks and scammers. I wish I saved my money. If you want the software with the key, I will give it to you for free, just e-mail me and you can try it for yourself to see the mastery in thievery!

Until you try to recover files, looks easy.
Cons
I paid the $99.95 registration fee. It did not recover the files I lost. The ones that were recovered, most of them were corrupt. I installed File Scavenger which recovered more files for me. When I E-mail the company I got the run-a-round.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Worthless product. Vladimir Kryshtalov, the operator is a crook, master CON artist and a scammer.

It recovers the files from the corrupted volume!
Cons
Once recovered, you can see the files, their icon, their name, their size - but you cannot open any of them with any program! There are all my lost Photoshop files, video files, audio files, and word docs - but I get an error if I try to open any single one of them....
