Does exactly what it says it does.

Pros
It was able to search, find and list all users who had not logged in, never logged in, within a given parameter. It allows you to remove from all groups, hide from Exchange, move them to a disabled users OU. We had over 200 users that needed to be disabled and it found them quickly.
Cons
We are running this on a Windows 2008 domain. I am not sure about 2012, but I hope it works ok.
Summary
I like the fact you can do one step at a time or perform multiple functions at once. This allows you to go slow and make sure each step completes in the order you wish.
Did exactly what I wanted and did so effortlessly!!!

Pros
This tool is easy to use, has simple interface, includes dropdown list of actions to perform including exports to cvs files for tracking and reporting, granular search criteria and is fast.
Cons
Noticed that it has an action to "delete home drive". Would recommend action to "change home drive". There are other actions that could be added, but then they should probably be built into a "pro" version of the tool.
Summary
I was preparing to write a script to bulk disable user accounts and thought I'd take a quick look for anything out there in the free category. This tool did exactly what I wanted and contains additional features that make user/computer account management that much easier. Thank you!
