Good Product, ZERO support - STILL waiting for license

Summary
I purchased this product to scan directories of digital photographs that also contained files from a restored hard drive. The product works well. However, I purchased the software using PayPal and have never heard back from the company. I have submitted support requests on their web page and even sent them emails and have not heard back at all. I really need to disable the Demo Mode limitations. I can find no sign that this company is really still operating, other than as a download and payment site.
Quickly finds duplicates. Latest ver works even better!

It's idiot proof. Speaking from experience some programs seem to be written for those who write and read code. This program is not. Easy to use.

Pros
Based on my comparisons, AcuteFinder is the most reliable and safe duplicate file finder available. It never makes errors (if you select both CRC and MD5 options) and thus I routinely allow AcuteFinder to automatically delete the duplicates found. It always retains 1 copy as a safeguard. Many dup finder apps require the user to MANUALLY confirm which files are true dups and which ones are to be deleted. Not practical if you have thousands of files to deal with.
Cons
I have had difficulty with Hugmot's system for annual license renewals. Even paid for a replacement license earlier than needed and yet still encountered messages that the software was a trial that needed to be registered to have full functionality. <p>Also, I've not been able to install AcuteFinder on a Windows Vista home edition system even though Hugmot claims the app is vista compatible. Upon launch of the application I receive an error (memory conflict) and the launch is aborted.
