• THE APPLICATION WON'T LAUNCH (RUN)

  Pros

  Tremendous personal tech support one-on-one from the developer! Easy to download & install without any "tweaking."

  Cons

  Won't run or launch from either the desktop icon or the program file itself.

  Summary

  I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star because of the great continued tech support that I have received. We have tried numerous different workarounds and fixes to the original application to no avail.
